Board of Directors

Ramgen has been fortunate to have assembled an experienced Board of Directors that has proven itself capable of making critical decisions in a timely manner. The Board is headed by Chairman Shawn Lawlor, the original founder of the Company, and includes Doug Jewett, Ramgen's CEO and Peter Baldwin, Ramgen's President. It also includes the following outside members:

Dr. Randall L-W. Caudill. Randall L-W. Caudill has served as a member of the Company's Board of Directors since June 1998. From January 1997 to date, Dr. Caudill has served as President of Dunsford Hill Capital Partners, a financial consulting firm serving early stage technology and healthcare companies.
Prior to forming Dunsford Hill, Dr. Caudill was employed by Prudential Securities, a full-service investment bank, for approximately ten years. Dr. Caudill established and headed Prudential Securities' San Francisco investment banking practice in 1993, prior to which he served the firm as Head of the Mergers and Acquisitions Department and Co-Head of the Investment Bank. Dr. Caudill served on most of Prudential Securities' key committees including the firm's Operating Council, Business Review Committee, and Equity Development Committee. Dr. Caudill also served on the PB Interfunding Investment Committee, which controlled the successful investment of more than $850 million of the firm's merchant banking capital. He also supervised the investment of the Prudential Securities partners' capital as a director of PB Capital Partners I and II.

Prior to joining Prudential Securities, Dr. Caudill was Executive Director and Co-Head of Mergers and Acquisitions at Morgan Grenfell, Inc. where he worked from 1982 to 1987. Previously, Dr. Caudill headed the international Mergers and Acquisitions effort for The First Boston Corporation. Dr. Caudill currently serves on the boards of VaxGen Inc. (Chairman), Ramgen Power Systems, Inc., SCOLR Inc., MediQuest Therapeutics, Inc. and Helix BioMedix Inc.

Dr. Caudill received his MPPM from Yale University, and his D.Phil. from Oxford University, where he was a Rhodes Scholar and teaching fellow.

Michael Swindling. Michael Swindling, an early investor in the Company, is a graduate of the Wharton School of Business, University of Pennsylvania and alumnus of Price Waterhouse. After leaving Price Waterhouse in 1979, he spent the next several years providing operational and financial consulting services as well as serving as Vice President, finance for a real estate developer and software development company. From 1986 until 2003 when he retired, he had various responsibilities in finance and operations with Glant Textiles Corporation.

Christopher Rossi. Christopher Rossi is Vice President, Technology and Business Development for Dresser-Rand and joined the Board of Ramgen Power Systems, LLC on November 10, 2008

Christopher Rossi was announced as Vice President of Technology and Business Development for Dresser-Rand effective January 1, 2009.

Mr. Rossi has been with Dresser-Rand and its predecessor companies since 1987. He has held various leadership positions within Dresser-Rand in the areas of Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, and Sales. From January 2007 to December 2008, Mr. Rossi was Executive Vice President Worldwide Product Services, responsible for worldwide aftermarket sales. Mr. Rossi served as Vice President and General Manager, North American Operations, responsible for all U.S. plants and worldwide Development Engineering from October 2003 to December 2006.

Bradford (Brad) W. Dickson. Brad Dickson is Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer for Dresser-Rand and joined the Board of Ramgen Power Systems, LLC on November 10, 2008

Bradford W. (Brad) Dickson was appointed Vice-President and Chief Marketing Officer of the Company in June 2007. Mr. Dickson had previously been an Executive Vice President of the Company since January 1999, most recently as our Executive Vice-President New Equipment Worldwide since 2004. He was named a Corporate Officer of the Company in 2000. Mr. Dickson also carries oversight responsibility for Corporate Marketing and Communication Services as well as the Government Business Unit. He has over 30 years of experience in the global energy industry working with compressors and turbines for process, oil and gas applications, having been with Dresser-Rand Company and its predecessor companies since 1977.

Mr. Dickson has held numerous leadership positions in International Sales, Marketing, and Project Management for Dresser-Rand Company and its predecessors, including three years in Caracas, Venezuela as Managing Director, Venezuelan and Colombian Operations; seven years in Los Angeles as Key Accounts Manager; seven years as Sales Engineer working in the Overthrust Belt of Wyoming/Utah; and early in his career as International Marketing Manager in Houston for the former Southwest Industries oilfield compressor services division. He served as a Director on the Board of Paragon Engineering Services (now AMEC Paragon) from 2001-2004.

Mr. Dickson earned a BS in Engineering from the University of Illinois and an MBA from the University of Southern California's Marshall School of Business.
